Our finance is available to cover the cost of surgery, rehabilitation and therapy, and any specialist equipment that you may need to improve the quality of your life. We are able to support claimants with a wide range of healthcare needs, including catastrophic injury cases.

Wellbeing

We provide funding from €500 to €200,000 on a non recourse basis to meet the immediate physical, mental and financial needs of a claimant access to rehabilitation and therapy at an early stage so that the injured person can make the best and quickest recovery. We are also prepared to consider assisting a claimant who is unable to work. We can support a claimant who is under financial pressure to settle a case early for less than they are entitled to. We charge fees which are clear and transparent and outlined on our Funding Agreement prior to finalisation so there are no hidden costs. No capital and fees are required to be repaid where a case is unsuccessful. If a claimant receives an interim payment, they can repay early with no penalty.
