Disbursements
We provide, for the claimant, monies to fund the disbursements necessary to pursue and strengthen a claim on a non-recourse basis. We can offer non-recourse funding with ability to draw down funds as required or if preferred we can offer a fixed amount to cover outlays and costs associated with claim. In these circumstances the claimant is not required to repay capital and fees if their case is unsuccessful – we are effectively taking the risk ourselves. Fees will be clear and transparent and outlined on our Funding Agreement prior to finalisation so there are no hidden costs.
